TarDigRada.ai | Resilience by design

Nature's Counsel. People's Power. AI Support. Systems Thinking and Collective Consciousness.

Build a resilient business. Grow through complementarity.

We connect companies, people, science and capital in complementary cooperation structures. We apply the systems thinking paradigm — designing relationships, resource flows and cooperation mechanisms so that each participant's growth strengthens the whole.

We create fractal holdings and develop a mutual settlement system inspired by the Swiss WIR. Together, we build new revenue streams, operational resilience and capital value, preparing organisations for further stages of growth, including a presence on the public market.

  • Resource complementarity
  • Barter and mutual settlement
  • Fractal holdings and capital growth

Complementarity is the new competitive advantage.

TarDigRada Resilience™ reduces exposure to selected operational and coordination risks. Financial performance and market volatility stay outside the scope of this guarantee.

Complementary fractal network

Verified complementors — capability, resource and channel contributions.

00 — The cooperation model

From a network of contacts to a shared economy

We help companies and networking organisations turn relationships into concrete ventures: shared services, products, research projects and investments.

We create TarDigRadas — teams of cooperating entities whose resources and specialisations complement one another. Every participant contributes a defined value and receives a clearly defined role in producing shared results.

How does the model work?

  1. 01

    We map potential.

We identify participants' resources, competences, needs and dependencies.

  2. 02

    We select partners.

We assess quality, value alignment and the capacity to complement one another.

  3. 03

    We design the cooperation.

We define roles, settlement rules, responsibilities and performance measures.

  4. 04

    We grow shared value.

We connect operations with research, education and the creation of new ventures.

  5. 05

    We measure and improve.

We examine results, update assumptions and adapt the structure to changing conditions.

Mechanism in development

Your resources unlock access to others' resources

We are developing multilateral barter and mutual settlement inspired by the Swiss WIR. The value of products and services supplied by participants can be used for purchases across the network.

In preparation

You provide a service to one company and use the resulting balance for another participant's offer. This gives competences, products and available operating capacity an additional market.

  • Keep more cash available for expenses that require money.
  • Use available resources to obtain the services and products you need.
  • Reach customers within the cooperation network.
  • Combine barter exchange with monetary settlement.

Illustration of the mechanism

01

Company A provides a service to Company B.

02

It uses the resulting balance for Company C's product.

03

Company C uses its balance for further purchases in the network.

The designed system is based on agreed valuation, a digital transaction ledger, balance limits and transparent settlement rules. Participants agree the barter and monetary shares of each transaction.

WIR is an inspiration, not the TarDigRada model. WIR is a bank-based complementary currency system; TarDigRada is developing multilateral barter and mutual settlement for its cooperation network.

Formal structure

Cooperation that builds capital value

The formal foundation of the model is fractal holdings — groups of companies linked by capital, with complementary specialisations and shared governance standards.

Fractality means proven cooperation principles can be replicated across further groups, industries and regions. Each holding develops its own potential and benefits from opportunities to cooperate with the others.

  • Joint offers and ventures expand revenue growth opportunities.
  • Shared resources support operational efficiency.
  • Diversified revenue streams reduce concentration on a single market.
  • Consistent governance and reporting standards make the group easier for investors to assess.

From operational value to public-market potential

Strategic direction

We build holding value through revenue, assets, intellectual property and governance quality. The strategic direction is to prepare selected groups to raise capital on public markets, including a potential stock-market debut after meeting the relevant requirements.

For companies, this creates a perspective for financing further growth. For investors, it can make complementary ventures assessable within one capital structure.

Resilience as part of risk management

Measurable objective

Diversified activity, operational continuity and control of dependencies between companies are intended to reduce selected investment risks. We analyse revenue concentration, shared exposures and possible disruption pathways to assess the group's actual resilience.

Risk reduction is a measurable objective, not a guaranteed outcome. Financial performance and public-market valuation remain dependent on operating results and market conditions.

Three flows. One cooperation system.

The model connects the flow of value, knowledge and data. At its centre sits Resilience OS — shared principles for managing quality, ethics, transparency and cooperation.

The architecture integrates enterprises, the incubation of new ventures, research and development, human capital, social initiatives and legal support. Its fractal nature means the principles of cooperation can be replicated across further teams, industries and regions, with respect for local needs.

What do participants gain?

  • Access to complementary competences, resources and partners.
  • The ability to create joint offers and new revenue streams.
  • More effective use of infrastructure, knowledge and team potential.
  • Greater capacity to respond to disruptions and market changes.
  • Participation in projects connecting business, science and social impact.
  • Clear cooperation rules and shared-result measures.

Development paths

Grow your company, credibility and capabilities

Participation in TarDigRada creates space for business growth, quality improvement and cooperation with science. Each path has defined participation criteria, stages and expected outcomes.

Strategic direction

Investment readiness and capital growth

Structure your business model, reporting and governance so investors can assess your company's potential more easily. Develop the venture within a holding structure, with a path to further financing stages and, for selected groups, preparation for the public market.

A clearer business model and stronger preparation for investor conversations.

Participation rules

Detailed terms will be presented when the path is launched.

In preparation

Quality and impact you can demonstrate

The planned TQM and ESG Star path is intended to support process improvement, evidence of results, and assessment of social, environmental and governance impact. TQM is a quality-management approach; ESG Star is a proprietary standard or designation currently being designed. Its criteria, verification methods and award rules will be published only after confirmation.

Structured processes and documented results that strengthen company credibility.

Participation rules

Detailed terms will be presented when the path is launched.

Business challenges as a field for research and implementation

Develop solutions for your company with science. Research and implementation projects can support new products, processes and management methods, and test their effectiveness. Cooperation with authorised universities may open an industrial doctorate path, subject to recruitment rules, programme requirements and agreements with academic partners.

Team capability growth and research solutions matched to real company needs.

MODELLED

Compare acting alone with cooperating

Choose a market disruption and see the modelled effect on business performance (index 100 = level before the disruption).

Energy costs rise sharply. A single company absorbs the full cost; in the ecosystem, shared renewable capacity and joint purchasing cushion the impact.

01 — The difference

An isolated company absorbs a shock alone. A verified ecosystem redistributes it.

Self-sufficiency means the whole structure holds enough complementary capabilities to sustain operations, keep developing and respond to selected disruptions.

Isolated company

MODELLED
  • One critical supplier, one energy source, two dominant channels.
  • Surplus capacity waits for a partner able to absorb it.
  • Continuity depends on liquidity available in the same week as the shock.
  • Claims stay self-declared, so evidence requests slow funding down.

Approx. 38% of planned throughput held over a 72-hour disruption.assumption-based estimate

Verified ecosystem

MODELLED
  • Verified alternatives are in place ahead of the disruption.
  • Surplus capacity becomes a settlement instrument when liquidity is constrained.
  • By-products and heat close loops inside the structure.
  • Every claim carries a source, a reviewer and a review date.

Approx. 66–74% of planned throughput held over the same window.modelled outcome

03 — Trust layer

Trust is a profile with dimensions and evidence behind every dimension.

The Ecosystem Steward coordinates quality, ethics, governance and accountability. Nine verification dimensions each carry available evidence, missing evidence, a reviewer note, a state and a review date.

Human control checkpoints

The model presents a scenario estimate for human review. A named role records the selected option, reason, trade-offs and assumptions.

Evidence standard

Every metric carries value, unit, status, source, last updated, uncertainty, assumptions, owner and review date.

Private by role

Company profiles, due diligence notes and uploaded files stay private and role-restricted.
