Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of TarDigRada.ai, an information society service provided in line with European Union law, including the Digital Services Act and consumer protection directives.
The controller of personal data is Ada Margo, author and owner of the TarDigRada.ai project (the “Controller”). Contact for data protection matters: ada@ada-margo.com, tel. +48 665 665 655. Application form submissions are delivered to: adriana.marglewska@gmail.com. Registration details of the operating entity will be added once the entity is formally registered.
Scope of the service
The service provides information about the TarDigRada Resilience™ model, a submission form and illustrative interactive panels. Materials and computed figures are illustrative and are not legal, tax or investment advice, nor a financial recommendation.
Rules of use
- Provide accurate information and describe only resources you can genuinely offer.
- Do not submit unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights, or personal data of people who have not consented.
- Do not disrupt the service or scrape data automatically without our consent.
Accounts and verification
Some features require an account. Administrative access is granted by name only, by the Controller. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms and will state the reason.
Intellectual property
The concept, content, model and TarDigRada Resilience™ signs, along with works published on the site including the song lyrics, belong to Ada Margo and are protected by copyright. Use beyond permitted exceptions requires consent. Material you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it in order to assess your submission.
Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
Complaints can be sent to ada@ada-margo.com and are answered within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including mediation and consumer bodies, and the European Union online dispute resolution framework.
Right of withdrawal
If paid services are offered in future, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, on the terms presented at the point of order.
Liability and changes
The service runs as a prototype, so features may change. We are not liable for business decisions taken solely on the basis of illustrative material. Changes to these terms are announced on the site 14 days in advance. Polish law applies, without prejudice to consumer protection under the law of the consumer's country of residence.
